During the High Holy Days, Temple Sholom remembers our departed loved ones at all Yiskor services by using our Book of Remembrance. Please complete and submit the form below by August 31, 2018 to include the names of your family and friends. You may duplicate last year’s entry by indicating “same as last year.” A minimum donation of $20 per name (one line) is requested to include your listing in the book.
